How it works

Price the whole offer

Discounts reduce revenue before product cost and acquisition cost are deducted.

Profit = price × (1 − discount) − unit cost − acquisition cost

Worked example

$55 profit after a 20% discount

A $200 product discounted by 20% sells for $160. After $70 direct cost and $35 acquisition cost, $55 profit remains.
